Tweet Hillary

ReadWriteWeb has a list of Twitter feeds for some of the candidates posted this morning. The counts look like this:

Ron Paul, @RonPaul2008, with 822 followers
John Edwards, @johnedwards, with 4,282 followers
Barack Obama, @BarackObama, with 6,654 followers
Hillary Clinton, @hillaryclinton, with 197 followers

I’m not surprised at all that Obama is leading the pack. He is the candidate for change, right? What surprises me is the significantly lower number that Ron Paul has given his rabid Internet fan base. I’m also very surprised that Hillary has such a low number given my perception that there is a fairly large female Twitter user base. I’m not saying Twitter females are large..you know what I mean..I’m digging myself in deeper here aren’t I?
