Back on the road again
January 14th, 2008 | by David |I finally ran again today after a 6 day layoff. If I’m going to run this marathon in April I really need to get my ass in gear. I did the loop around my neighborhood x4 as it was getting dark. Though its not the most scenic of routes at least I was running. My Christmas present to myself was a Garmin Forerunner 205 GPS . Displayed here are the stats it gives after the run. Pretty cool!
